COVID-19 IMPACTED BOOKINGS: For any bookings that cannot proceed due to NZ government imposed COVID-19 domestic travel restrictions, with the exception of travel restrictions due to vaccination status, we will be happy to credit the value of your booking to a booking for alternate dates or refund you in full where that is not possible.

Seabreeze is a private and relaxing modern beach house within walking distance to cafes, shops and golf courses. Only a short drive to The Heads surf beach or a 15 minute walk to the estuary, perfect for the whole family.

Two queen size bedrooms and a huge third bedroom with a double bed bunk and plenty of room for the kids to play away from their parents. Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room make for relaxing times at Seabreeze. A large bathroom with seperate toilet and an outside shower that the kids will love! 

This house has plenty of room for all come rain or shine plus parking for vehicles and a boat. Enjoy your evenings around the undercovered BBQ area watching the kids play on the back lawn.

LINEN: Please note that linen is not included in the tariffs but can be rented for $25 per person, further details are provided in the 'Rooms and beds' section of the listing. If you wish to add linen, please add a note to your booking with what beds you wish to use so the correct sheets can be provided.

BOOKING PAYMENT: Although Bookabach/VRBO take your credit card details, all booking payments are made to Bach Stay NZ Limited who manage this property for the owners. Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
